Welcome to SOLARIA!

An unexpected set of circumstances finds you thrust into a strange world at the center of the earth. Get ready for a journey full of excitement, wonder...blah, blah, blah, is what I would say if this wasn't developed in 3 days with a new engine. 


Here's what you really have to look forward to:

- Two (2) whole enemies

- Two types of seeds

- A wonky attack system

- 4 total minutes of "gameplay" (and I mean that in the loosest sense of the word)


Even though I had to scale back a TON, I still had a lot of fun during this jam. This marks the 4th time I've overscoped a jam idea, and hopefully it also marks the last. The original idea for this game would have featured 6 core seed types, and then 36 different seed types that resulted from a fusion (yes I did originally try to incorporate the theme) of these core types. I was planning on making a mini-metroidvania where you would use the different fusions you found to unlock different areas of the map. If you think that sounds cool, let me know in the comments (I might pursue this idea further).


Also, let me know any feedback or ideas you have for the prototype - I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts! Don't hold back - I already have a long, LONG list of known issues, but I'm sure there are (many) things that I'm missing.
